Hello again blog, long time no see! It's been a busy few weeks for me, between long hours at work, my mom coming to visit, and a flooded basement. So this is the last few weeks combined into one succinct post. Not too much working out last week, kind of a slight taper for Ironman 70.3 Racine and also basement cleanup.
