I hit the road this week to Oshkosh, WI for Thanksgiving at my GF's brother's place. My workouts were kind of frontloaded this week, and didn't get too much swimming in. It was a great time though so I'm not at all unhappy about that, besides it's always good to get a little break in. I'll probably hit it pretty hard until Christmas to keep my wieght in check, then it'll be time to start base building for next season.
