Totals 6/6/10-6/12/10


Another week of training, another solid week on the bike. Got in some good mileage and I'm finally feeling a little stronger. I had a pretty solid result at Pigman on Sunday, 27th overall and 4th in age group. I also learned a lesson about wearing sunscreen even when it's cloudy (see exhibit A...my sunburned back). Another race next Sunday in Rochester, MN, an Oly so the first longer race of the year for me, hopefully I do alright...

Swim – 8400 yds.
Bike – 157.1 mi
Run – 23.62 mi
Strength/Core – 1 hr 30 min
Yardwork – 4 hrs.

Training total:

Swim - 151,900 yards
Bike - 19 hr 25 min trainer, 1397.42 mi
Run - 371.02 mi
Strength/Core - 42 hr 25 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Yardwork - 33 hr 40 min
Walking - 20 hr 15 min
