I've been getting in a good amount of 30-40 mile rides after work the past few weeks, and finally starting to feel stronger on the bike. Unfortunately I've bagged on a lot of runs lately, so that has suffered a little. One of these days I'll have time to do it all...

Strength/Core - 1 hr
Yardwork - 8 hr
Walking - 45 min
Training total:
Swim - 143,500 yards
Bike - 19 hr 25 min trainer, 1240.32 mi
Run - 347.7 mi
Strength/Core - 40 hr 55 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Yardwork - 29 hr 40 min
Walking - 20 hr 15 min
