Adding in January and February Training for Yearly Total

So I thought I would convert this over to the totals for the calendar year, so I'm adding January and part of February to the list...

January and February 2010 Training:

Swim - 40,800 yards
Bike - 22 hrs. trainer
Run - 127.03 mi
Strength/Core - 24 hr
Snow Shoveling - 4 hr
Walking - 7 hr 30 min

Training total:

Swim - 321,037 yards
Bike - 42 hr 25 min trainer, 3418.56 mi
Run - 925.28 mi
Strength/Core - 99 hr 25 min
Snow Shoveling - 5 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Yardwork - 53 hr 55 min
Disaster Cleanup - 30 hrs
Walking - 61 hr 05 min
