Pretty non-memorabe week of training for me, just did a decent amount of running, and had a really solid 3200 yd. swim on Saturday. I got my tri bike back finally, so I plan to start my winter cycling power improvement plan this upcoming week...while trying not to let holiday eating season get the best of me.

Swim - 7800 yards
Bike - 40.09 mi
Run - 22.82 mi
Strength/Core - 3 hr
Walking - 1 hr

2010 Total:

Swim - 345,837 yards
Bike - 42 hr 25 min trainer, 3521.89 mi
Run - 990.29 mi
Strength/Core - 111 hr 40 min
Snow Shoveling - 5 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Yardwork - 57 hr 55 min
Disaster Cleanup - 30 hrs
Walking - 64 hr 20 min
