Still not sleeping well this week, so I bagged a couple training sessions. Still a fairly productive week, feeling strong other than the lack of sleep. Yeah, over 100,000 yards swimming total!

Bike – 80.88 mi, 20 min trainer
Run – 32.04 mi
Strength/Core – 2 hr 20 min
Walking – 45 min
Yardwork – 1 hr

Swim - 102,550 yards
Bike - 19 hr 25 min trainer, 608.23 mi
Run - 248.45 mi
Strength/Core - 33 hr 5 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Yardwork - 3 hr 30 min
Walking - 15 hr
