Wow haven't posted on here in a while, it's been a hectic few weeks with work, and I had my first race of the yeah Sunday (more on that in a separate post). The weather was kind of lousy, a couple days were total washouts. So it kind of became a mini-taper week for the race.
Swim – 7300 yards
Bike – 57.12 mi
Run – 15 mi
Strength/Core – 1 hr 30 min
Yardwork – 3 hrs
Walking – 2 hrs
Training total:
Swim - 126,050 yards
Bike - 19 hr 25 min trainer, 859.01 mi
Run - 314.43 mi
Strength/Core - 38 hr 25 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Yardwork - 15 hr 40 min
Walking - 18 hr 30 min
