Another week into the training and I didn't really feel like doing much this week, especially on the bike. I just CANNOT get excited about riding on the drainer. I did get some decent runs and swims in though.
Swim - 8600 yards
Bike - 3 hr 20 min trainer
Run - 26.28 mi
Walk - 1 hr 20 min
Strength/Core - 4 hr 30 min
Training total:
Swim - 34850 yards
Bike - 14 hr 5 min trainer
Run - 71.07 mi
Strength/Core - 13 hr 15 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Walking - 3 hr 40 min
