Another week goes by, and I'm really feeling tired. I haven't been sleeping well, I have a lot of life stuff on my mind lately. Not sure how long I can keep up training like this and not sleeping, so hopefully things get resolved soon.

Swim – 11000 yards
Bike – 109.72 mi
Run – 19.07 mi
Core/Strength – 2 hr. 10 min.
Walk – 45 min.
Yardwork – 1 hr.

Training total:

Swim - 90750 yards
Bike - 19 hr 5 min trainer, 527.35 mi
Run - 216.41 mi
Strength/Core - 30 hr 45 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Yardwork - 2 hr 30 min
Walking - 14 hr 15 min
