Totals for 3/28-4/3/10

I was off in Pittsburgh for a few days of this week, and didn't do a whole lot of training while I was there except for 3 runs and 1 swim. I did take my buddy Misha (mom's dog) for a bunch of walks though. It was good to have a little mental break and to see family and friends. Definitely need to get back into it, the start of my season is less than 2 months away!

Swim - 7000 yards
Bike - 82.42 mi
Run - 24.31 mi
Strength/Core - 1 hr 30 min
Walking - 3 hr 20 min

Training total:

Swim - 67450 yards
Bike - 18 hr 35 min trainer, 258 mi
Run - 148.21 mi
Strength/Core - 23 hr 15 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Walking - 9 hr 25 min
