Totals 4/4/10-4/10/10

I was definitely no feeling very energetic this week, and on top of that my quads and hamstrings got progressively more sore and tight as the week went on. Not sure what's going on there, but hopefully it turns around soon. Lost a few days of training visiting family in Pittsburgh, so not too much biking or swimming this week...

Swim – 5600 yds.
Bike – 47.94 mi, 0.5 hrs trainer
Run – 17.16 mi
Strength/Core – 2 hr 20 min
Walking – 3 hr 20 min

Training total:

Swim - 73050 yards
Bike - 19 hr 5 min trainer, 305.94 mi
Run - 165.37 mi
Strength/Core - 25 hr 35 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Walking - 12 hr 45 min
