Yes! Last week of hard training before the ironman and it went really well. I felt strong throughout most of my workouts and got in a pretty good 20 mile run Thursday night in pretty hot and humid conditions. Now I get to enjoy my 3-week taper, a chance to heal up some minor aches and pains.

Run – 35.17 mi
Strength/Core – 2 hr
Yardwork – 45 min
Walking – 1 hr
Training total:
Swim - 244,625 yards
Bike - 19 hr 25 min trainer, 2942.78 mi
Run - 639.19 mi
Strength/Core - 59 hr 25 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Yardwork - 47 hr 40 min
Disaster Cleanup - 30 hrs
Walking - 37 hr 30 min
