I had been feeling pretty run down in recent weeks, but Saturday's awesome long workout has definitely a big pick-me-up. One more week of hard training to go and one more long Saturday before it's time for a 3 week taper to rest up, heal up, and get ready to go!

Strength/Core – 2 hr
Yardwork – 1 hr 30 min
Walking – 1 hr

Swim - 233,125 yards
Bike - 19 hr 25 min trainer, 2736.9 mi
Run - 604.02 mi
Strength/Core - 57 hr 25 min
Snow Shoveling - 1 hr 30 min (hey it's gotta count for something...)
Yardwork - 46 hr 55 min
Disaster Cleanup - 30 hrs
Walking - 36 hr 30 min
